The Ginkgo Center is located between Wharton and Reed on 9th St., one block south of the infamous Pat's and Geno's Cheesesteaks.
The front of the building is a Isaiah Zagar mosaic, titled Kun Yang Lin Dancers in honor of the Chi Movement Art Center before us.
The Lobby mural is by Four West Studio, showcasing The Ginkgo leaves that are the calling card of Casual Fifth and the namesake of the building.
The Ginkgo Center can be rented for rehearsals, practices, classes, events, and performances.
Standard rental starts at $18 an hour for a practice or rehearsal. The price is higher if the space is rented for a class that collects money form students, and less for those interested in a recurring rental.
Performance rates are determined by the number of shows and the number of days of the performance. We require insurance for all shows performed at the Ginkgo.
Please reach out to us! You'll be put in contact with our managers of Space and Time to coordinate the space to your needs.
